Sulan City

A permanent storm cloud hovers over Sulan City, which guards several mountain passes through southern Braeland. With Lord Sulan dead, the Cult of the Storm Serpent now holds sway, at least until a more powerful military can claim the city. The guild has no formal presence here but has had dealings with the Cult in the past.
