Byron Mortley

The now deceased mayor of Penrith, who was recently murdered in his office at the Penrith Town Hall. He was a family man who always put his family before anything else. His wife Freya Mortley and his two children Chelsea and Albert Mortley meant the world to him, and due to his kindness he was a very well liked man in and around Penrith.
He was murdered after selling a piece of land outside Penrith to Giggle Goodberry. Nuyr was standing guard when it happened and avenged the mayor but failed to save his life.
