Cyril Hearth

A cryptic woman who abandoned her eyes many years ago, as she thinks they are only a hindrance to seeing the truth. While she is famously blind, many are confused over how she still seems to have perfect eyesight. People say that she grants herself vision through strange magics.
Many of the other scholars within The Arcanium Index find her to be a quite scary or a bit of an odd-ball. But she is seemingly filled to the brim with knowledge of the unknown. Those who have spoken to her say that she hopes to truly understand the world and the cosmos and achieve enlightenment.
Some also say that what brought her onto this path was a vision from Sopheia the Goddess of Knowledge, that also brought her into the church of The Enlightened. Though Cyril herself does not want to make any claims on statements on that topic.
As a Master of Divination and a highly ranked and respected member within The Enlightened, she carries quite a bit of authority and those who have heard of her take her words very seriously.
