Daniella Goldenhide

Daniella was a stout and modest woman who, unlike most nobles, has her heritage in peasantry. Her husband Oscar Goldenhide paid her father for her hand in marriage and she has since been part of House Goldenhide.
Many of the other women from noble families treat her disrespectfully due to her heritage but she seems to remain strong and ignore their harsh words.
Since her husbands death she has not shown her face among other nobles, and some even accuse her for the brutal fate of her husband and daughter.

Life in House Goldenhide

Daniella never enjoyed the life of nobility, and for many years she considered running away from House Goldenhide but always ended up deciding against it.
Daniella never found men attractive but was forced into the marriage with Oscar Goldenhide against her will due to her family's financial situation. Despite that, she learnt to love Oscar through the years they spent together. While she never found him physically attractive, he was kind to her. Before she knew it they had a daughter together and her feelings of guilt grew stronger and stronger.
She never had the heart to tell her husband of her attraction to women, and it tore her apart piece by piece.
After the death of her husband and daughter, she knew that it was her duty to remarry to pass on the Goldenhide heritage but she feels like it is impossible. Several months later she tried visiting The Pools of Vesper but could not even bring herself to touch the woman she was with being attracted to her. The visit turned into more of a therapy session for her, and while she still feels lost in her situation she very much appreciated being able to talk out her feelings. Since then she has kept things to herself, trying to figure out how to move onward from her husbands death.
