Diana Brightbell

The eldest daughter of Violetta and Arwin Brightbell. She was a mysterious and kind-hearted woman who had a tendency to adopt troubled orphans in the regions of Alterwood and Riverdale. Many nobles believed that she herself could not bare children, and as such she was compensating by adopting multiple children to care for.
She was murdered in the year 522 by a woman known as Elara The Poisonuous Flower, who recklessly murdered nobles in the Alterwood region. Diana was simply one of the many victims, of this truly evil woman. Thankfully, Diana was avenged by The Golden Griffon Adventuring Company, who killed Elara as she refused arrest and tried to run.

The Truth of Diana Brightbell

While she was not portrayed that way to the general public, Diana was a greedy and despicable woman. Being divorced by her husband Tristan Amberthorn because of her infertility broke something within her, and she begun seeking other ways to find happiness and entertainment in her dreadful life.
She first turned to drugs, which did not help her, but from there it spiraled and she ended up adopting several young children which she mentally, physically and sexually abused for her own entertainment. All while still remaining a saint to the public.
Elara saw herself as judge, jury and executioner, and as such killed Diana for her crimes and heinous deeds. The children that was in her care now reside in various orphanages in the Alterwood and Riverdale regions, most of them suffering from various mental disorders as a result of Diana's treatment of them.
