Lord Luthien Treestrider

Lord Luthien Treestrider is the leader of the Wood Elves that reside in the Rhorn Tree Forest, and the forests around the Amethyst Isle. 
The party meets Lord Luthien after seeking out the other inhabitants on the island. 
During the meeting Lord Luthien offers an alliance to the group to take out their enemies, the Drow, who have been trying to convert the Wood Elves, and return to the surface. Lord Luthien states that the Drow cannot be trusted, and will say whatever they want to get whatever they want. 
In return, they offered protection to the citizens of the city from the forest creatures, provide much needed tools to harvest the trees to help rebuild the city, as well as portion of the forest for logging.
