The Shadow's Hand is the thieves guild that has the most presence in Elloría.

Structure

The guild runs fairly simple- delegators assign contracts of various sorts for members to perform. The head master is in charge of the guild as a whole on numerous levels. Membership is kept to a minimum to prevent secrets from spilling, including sanctuaries and members.

Public Agenda

The motivation behind the actions of the Shadow's Hand is purely that of greed. There has never been any other objective behind the guild beyond that of obtaining the highest level of currency possible.

Assets

The exact assets that the guild own and operates with is relatively unknown. However, the guild is reported for a large portion of the theft crimes throughout Elloría.
Whatever supplies, equipment, and facilities they may have are all at their hidden headquarters known as Cognito. The exact location of this site is unknown to the public as well.
