Alfredo main entry hallway
Entries
A double door entrance at the top of the stairs leads into the main entrance hallway. Tinted glass windows on either side let in morning light and let an occupant see the visitor before opening the doors.
There are two single door exits to the north and south and a double-door exit to the west. The double door entrance faces directly to the stairs up to the upper floor.
Contents & Furnishings
The hallway has a tan embroidered carpet in the center. It could really use a thorough cleaning.
There are two statues in the northwest and southwest corners, shaped like minotaurs. Living cacti were adjusted to grow into the minotaur shape over the course of several years, then the plant was chopped down and peeled and allowed to dry out. Once only the holed skeletal form of an austere minotaur existed, the wooden sculpture was enhanced with small pieces of brass.
In the southeast corner is a small round table for visitors' calling cards, placed where it seldom is touched by sunlight.
In the northeast corner are a hat shelf and a wide coat rack, with a lipped tray below them to catch any rain or mud that might drip off the coats.
