Jasper Birch is the middle aged leader or director of The Stepping Stones Company in Ethiss. He seems to be well respected by his performers and the community. Jasper has a very friendly but direct demeanor.
During a LightBringers investigation into the dissappearance of Leif Ironfist, the severed head of Jasper was found, suspended in a red fibrous lattice growth of some sort. A fiend was using this to 'take over' for Jasper and alter contracts of performers. The LightBringers managed to find the fiend, and dispatch him. It was then that the head of Jasper Birch was located.
