Ked Bendison is reportedly the head of The Quiet Hand in Confluence. As such he is known to be quite reclusive and is rarely seen in person.
It would appear that Ked is a middle aged human with shoulder length dark hair. Ked seems to value loyalty highly and respond brutally to disloyalty, and hesitated little to order the death of Aldrich "Blackjack" when he was told Aldrich planned a coup.
