Thrain is an older Dwarf with one eye and a slight limp. He survived for several years in the mine on Verdant Isle under the harsh rule of the Orc smith who ruled the mine. When the mine was liberated by The LightBringers and their allies Thrain helped to gather the captives together and get them into a safe area at the entrance to the Crypts beneath the mine.
