Relationships
Devona tends to be reclusive amongst the deities, while she is shunned by the gods of good, she does not want to be lumped in with the rest of the evil deities, especially Zolena and Surtr. Despite this, she has incurred the wrath of the usually even-tempered Gaia on numerous occasions through her spreading of blight among plants and disease among creatures.
Appearance
Devona’s actual appearance is often open to question, but she is often depicted as a pallid, gaunt, blonde-haired, blue-eyed northron woman. Her attire, on the other hand, is well known, as she is always depicted in black and green robes, black leather gloves and boots, and a black plague mask.
Church of Clydon
While magical healing is not uncommon on Elysiar, affording it often is, thus many of Devona’s followers end up being the sick and ill pleading for Devona to end their suffering. Devona is also attractive to many assassins and killers-for-hire who prefer poison.
Clergy
Devona’s clergy is comprised mostly of clerics and druids, though she maintains some blackguards. Her clerics all wear robes and, though they may be cleaned, they may not be mended if torn. The older and more tattered robes belong to the higher-ranking members of the clergy. Her clergy tend to travel a lot, selling antidotes and offering discounted rates for the treatment of disease in order to boost the popularity of their faith.
Devona’s blackguards, however, tend to be ill omens and spreaders of pestilence. Making it so people have no choice but to call on Devona’s priests for aid.
Druids in Devona’s clergy tend to come in two breeds: the cleansers and blight druids. Cleansers tend to be solitary faithful of Devona within a druid grove that tend to plant blight and ensure it does not spread. Blight druids, on the other hand, are more twisted followers of Devona, often throwing in with her Blackguards and spread disease, blight, and corruption wherever they go.

Temples and Shrines
Devona’s temples are often situated in remote places, but not too remote as they want to be accessible when needed. However, most hospitals and clinics that are not tied to another church have a shrine to Devona to ward off disease and many have a priest to tend to it and aid the hospital in its duties.
