Rhuxaros (ruhx-ARR-ohs) is the god of Fear, Hatred, Oppression, and Betrayal.

Relationships

Rhuxaros is the highest servant of Asmodeus , though he is not content to remain his servant forever. He is in a constant power struggle with his master and the Archdevils for control of the Hells, though none have been able to move from the existing hierarchy.

Rhuxaros is in a constant fight with Khaldir and Alene, his nemeses from life.

Appearance

Rhuxaros appears as he did as a mortal. He appears as an atlantean man with black hair, purple eyes, and pale skin. He wears gold-trimmed darksteel full plate over a dark blue tunic.

Church of Rhuxaros

Rhuxaros’ followers are primarily warriors and sinister, yet still honorable, knights. He is also an attractive choice for dark channelers who do not wish to throw in their lot with Zolena’s ilk.

Rhuxaros demands an unobtainable perfection from his followers, as he did in life, thus they are always trying to better themselves, usually at other’s expense.

Clergy

Rhuxaros’ clergy is a good mix of priests, blackguards, monks, and champions. His clergy wear dark blue robes, trimmed with black. His church is quite militant, with all members knowing how to fight with arms.

Temples and Shrines

Rhuxaros has few temples, as his worship is not widely accepted, however those that exist are generally left along by authorities as they do promote the law, even if their thoughts on enforcing it are through fear and oppression.
