Beaver River

The Beaver River is a minor river tributary in the Ravager Plains that flows out from Barren Lake into the High River. In theory it could be used for commerce, but two major factors stop. First is the lack of any major humanoid population living on the rivers. Second, the surprisingly large number of beaver dams along it that give the river its name. The dams are sometimes used by daring humanoids to cross the river, but most crossings take place at the Forlorn Bridge, a relic of the Nameless Empire that shows at one point there may have been considerable traffic crossing this river, but today barely receives use outside of adventurers and centaur raiding parties.
