Goblinspeak

Goblinspeak, or a the goblins themselves call it, "Gobbler," is common among all of the less civilized goblin tribes. In the Apps Mountains and Sypi Confederacy the nomadic goblin tribes speak it as a matter of course. However, it has become illegal to speak the language in the Kingdom of Populres, despite the large numbers of present goblins. The local authorities have been attempting to enforce the Draconic and Infernal languages upon the Goblin majority, but have often fallen to teaching them Common too, in order to command the vast array of human slaves within the kingdom. These efforts have borne little fruit, as Goblinspeak is still oft used among the goblins of the kingdom.
