Ke'zani
The Ke'zani are a set of goblins in the Sypi Confederacy that are viewed as a step above their Ke'kaci cousins. They seemed to have embraced civilization a bit more, finding new ways to enjoy themselves as Confederate citizens. They have retained their love of pranks and raiding, but they apparently at some point in their travels encountered a group of gnomes, which heavily influenced their development. The Ke'zani have not only taken upon themselves parodies of gnomish names, but also the gnomish love of tinkering. The Ke'zani have found an aptitude for the design of traps and toys. A gnome may make a child's toy that will provide entertainment, but a Ke'zani goblin will make a toy that somehow manages to stab its owner and then fall apart. The Ke'zani quickly lose interest in any long term projects, which often leads to disastrous failures, which is just as good to a Ke'zani.

Family names
The Ke'zani rarely have the need to designate familial names among themselves. On the occasion that they do enter the world and trade with outsiders, they often will craft their own familial name relating to their business or talents. This can occasionally lead to uncouth naming systems when dealing with outsiders, but seeing the reactions of these outlanders when they meet a goblin named "Rapid Farter" is part of the fun for the Ke'zani. They often will change these familial names upon a whim, sometimes even during the same conversation with a merchant.
Culture
Major language groups and dialects
The Goblinspeak spoken by the Ke'zani bears very little resemblance to that used by the Ke'kaci or the wild tribes of the Apps Mountain. It has flagrantly borrowed loan words from Alsonan, Losanan, Common, and Gnomish, all of which are used interchangeably in regular conversation. This can make a conversation with a Ke'zani goblin a bit difficult, as they may occasionally shift into another language entirely. This pidgin form of Goblinspeak is the predominant form of communication among the tribe members under norml circumstances, but most speak Common well enough to converse with the humans of the Confederacy, if not skillfully.
Art & Architecture
The Ke'zani are a nomadic tribe within the Sypi Confederacy and therefore lack much distinctive architecture. Their tents are usually a ramshackle mess, and are splayed out erratically across the plains whenever they set up camp. The true art of the Ke'zani come in the form of the gadgets and devices they create on their travels. Scholars and collectors are often baffled by the sheer ingenuity of some of the devices created, using only wood and assorted animal parts and bones found by hunters. Members of other tribes can make a good living by following around a group of Ke'zani goblins, and collecting the detritus of abandoned works and selling them in Wofslar. The original purpose of some of these devices can be obscured by whatever they may actually do, and what was intended as a toy may become a weapon in other hands, or what was intended as a tool may be toy.
Ideals
Gender Ideals
The differences between male and female goblins barely registers to the Ke'zani. The short time frame for births and rapid rate of breeding often leads to a bit of a disregard for the safety of all involved. Males and females alike are involved in all elements of Ke'kaci society, pulling pranks on each other and participating equally in raids and battles. The male Ke'zani tend to live a bit longer than the females, spending more time tinkering with gadgets and learning to use them, while the females typically show less interest until the devices start malfunctioning. Due to that, the males tend to be more competent tinkerers and more likely to lead elements within the tribe.
Relationship Ideals
The Ke'zani persistently seek out others, occasionally as friends, but possibly as targets for elaborate pranks. A typical Ke'zani finds a few close friends within their tribe usually at an extremely young age and remain with them until death. Typically the social groups that form revolve around a fascination with a similar type of device. A group of Ke'zani interested in mechanized dolls will gather together, while a group that enjoys clockwork may meet up in another location. Tinkerer "guilds" and partnerships are treasured more than any other form of relationship among the Ke'zani.
