Julianus Velius

Julianus Velius is a retired Shin marksman and game hunter living in the Sypi Confederacy. Having once lived within the Shin Empire, he had taken many trips into the Confederacy to enjoy the open wilds compared to the much more restricted confines of the Apps Mountains. On one such trip in 996, the Shin Empire shut its borders and he found himself trapped away from his friends and family. Unable to return to his home nation, he was forced to settle down in the town of Smitlaw, where he continued to hunt and smuggle goods into and out of the Shin Empire. He continues to reside there to this day, having fought alongside the Conino tribe during the course of the Sypi Civil War.
