Leon Labasque is the youngest reigning noble in the Kingdom of Losana not currently under a regency. He has proven ingenious and highly effective in his position, helping to dramatically increase the family's wealth. As a child he excelled in his classes and coursework, proving himself to be a solid student of economics and trade. He quickly learned the family's business and helped to optimize the income through taxation and rents, driving up both among the peasantry while easing such restrictions on the middle class and wealthy. The mercenaries and guards hired helped to crack down on smuggling and black markets, and Leon was able to exploit the advantages of Cairveil's position on the river very quickly. 
Although he is extraordinarily young for his position, Leon has proven an incredibly capable leader of his family. Compared to his father, he has quadrupled the family's wealth and holdings, building up a massive base of support and power. Some have even begun to suggest that he could be a rising star for the kingdom and its long struggling monarchy. The level of his ambition is unknown but believed to be vast, with many great years ahead of him.
