Chief Rahtorry Saru

Rahtorry Saru is the chief of the Saru Tribe in the Sypi Confederacy. A full orc, she was raised into combat, but eventually found a new path. When she entered her teenage years, she found herself called to the service of the god Keesous, the king of the Wicka pantheon. She traveled to the Great Temple near Wofslar and enrolled as an acolyte, training and preparing herself for the position of priestess of her chosen god. She eventually surpassed her teachers, and became the first female and orc leader of a temple inside Wofslar itself, planning to eventually return to her tribe. Those plans ended with the outbreak of the Sypi Civil War.
Rahtorry only barely evaded the massacre that took place the Great Temple, having been in Wofslar at the time, tending to her flock. She had to be physically restrained by five guards to be prevented from rushing to a futile attempt to save her comrades from the Sihka attack. This catastrophe is what led to her abandoning her post and returning to her tribe and advocating for a return to war. When she came home, she found the chieftain disinterested in joining the war, but planning on raiding neighboring tribes to take advantage of the chaos. In response, she challenged him to a duel, nearly unprecedented among the Saru. Expecting an easy fight from the relatively skinny Rahtorry, the chief accepted. He was overwhelmed by the sheer power of the god she served in combat. In the days that followed, without even a proper Boasting, she was selected as the new chief of her people.
Rahtorry led the orcs into the Sypi Civil War with great enthusiasm, calling upon Keesous to aid her in her crusade against the Church of the One Sun. The Saru became notorious for their massacres of Church missionaries and the destruction of the missions they had built in the Confederacy prior to the war. She personally helped keep many orcs alive, through healing, and is said to have even returned a few of the Saru's greatest warriors from the dead. Her not insubstantial part in the war helped bring it to a conclusion in the favor of the Bienombes. 
Once the war had ended, Rahtorry had initially planned on stepping aside and allowing a new Boasting to be held to select a new chief. The elders of the tribe made it clear that this would not be acceptable, and called for her to stay on for the remainder of her life. She reluctantly accepted, after seeing how much good she could use her powers and abilities for in healing the tribe from the horrors of war. She has traveled through the Apps to the various clans and families, and has only recently begun to learn about the growing anarchy within the Shin Empire and the threats that have been unleashed throughout the Mountains. Most of her efforts have been spent healing those who have been injured in these attacks, while constantly appealing to the High Chief for help against what threats could erupt from the Shin.
