General Physical Condition

Cahlt in this form stands at 4 feet with blue lightly scaled skin splotches of white throughout..  his features are similar to a threadfin snailfish with exception to his needle like teeth  and lure tendril that hangs from his chin and reactive dorsal fin on his head.  He has slightly webbed fingers and toes and a threadfin like tail.
