Kolvar's Magic Shop

Purpose / Function

Kovlar's shop helps to provide potions and magical items for those living in and visiting Ebonwell. While there are two other people who create magic items in the town Kovlar has the ability to make a wide range of items instead of just one or two. He also allows for the occasional custom item or potion for a price.

Alterations

Ten years after the shop was built the dividing wall between house and shop was removed and a seperate house built out back in the back yard area.

History

Before Kovlar settled in the shop it was used as a general store. But that went out of business ten years before Kovlar arrived in town. When Kovlar bought the shop it was over run with mimics that had been accidently left behind by a squatting adventurer.
