Sisters-in-Arms
Born in Nalore - Yln, Ashera grew up in a wealthy city. Her home was a mansion constructed by her ancestors back in the Origin Age, her bloodline being feared assassins. After Ashera, two twins were born - Theda Roseberg and Senka Roseberg - and a few years later the last sister was born - Ebony Roseberg. They all learnt how to become trained assassins by their mother, who slew the father after he served his purpose.For Mother
Despite their infamy, the mother deeply desired greater notoriety; to become the incarnation of fear. The mother taught all daughters Forbidden Necromancy, as she planned to be killed and use the magic to resurrect into a far greater power. Unlike most who learnt of it however, she was well aware of the side-effects and how risky it can be. This was where the four sisters came into the plan.The Failed Resurrection
When Ashera was 38 (25 Earth years), her and her sisters began the ritual in a freezing cold room of the mansion. It began with four daggers piercing the mother; when dead, Ebony used her Bloodfreeze magic on her while the other three began the Forbidden Necromancy. The forbidden art is seldom mentioned in scripts, therefore none knew how it truly worked. The chill of the room was caused by Ashera's Ice magic, and would halt the phenomena of "blood-boiling" on the users and target. Other side-effects can include the forming of additional bone matter, which can be avoided with enough concentration. Ebony's magic would be additional protection to blood-boiling for the target, and would keep the blood at a consistent temperature to cease the chance of crystallization - an effect that can be caused by sudden changes in the target's temperature. It is said Forbidden Necromancy can, if successful, morph ones body into a "beautiful evil" - a graceful incarnation of ones dark intent. Ashera and her sisters were wracked with pain, yet the feeling satisfied them. From their backs grew dark blue wings of a feathered demon. The mother remained unmoving. Ashera became uncontrollable from the sensation, and losing concentration, began targetting her sisters unconsciously. Ebony witnessed in pain and blurred vision the extremely devilish smile of Ashera, and maundered towards her; tackling her and stopping the necromancy prematurely. Subsequently, all sisters except for Ashera and Ebony fainted, their irises white and colourless.Failure to Ashes
Once the sisters awoke, they had lost their memories. Ashera blamed the failure on Ebony and diluted the twin's opinion of her. The mother remained dead, the sisters heartbroken - all except for Ashera. She told them to burn the mansion down, turning their past to ash and dust.Blind Trust
The sisters travelled through Nalore to Yln, spreading their assassination work and being dubbed "The Blue Reapers", with Ashera as the leader. The effects of the Forbidden Necromancy made all but Ashera and Ebony colourblind, and to direct any blame from her, she would never open her own eyes in front of the twins, stating she had lost her irises too; thanks to Ebony. She also noticed something amusing: the twins would follow her word no matter how ridiculous it seemed - a blind trust. She didn't mind having her eyes closed, as she could "see" using her soul; similar to undead.Elgas, the Intriguing
Ashera, now 52 (34), set up a secret base of operations in a cave at the end of Barewood Path, Yln Forest. 6 years later, on the 13th day of Grasven, Theda would come to Ashera after spying on an amateur group of adventures known as the Edgeblades and tell her of an interesting new member - Elgas, a Dragonkin. Ashera always had a fascination with Dragonkin and demanded he be taken to join her group. Theda was sent to retrieve him but instead returned with Zephos Dewarm, an acquaintance of Elgas. All sisters fought him, except Ebony, who ran away. Elgas came to rescue Zephos but found he had already defeated the twins and was fighting Ashera. He came out victorious, but showed them mercy.To Ashes & The One That Got Away
After defeat, the sisters were furious - with both Zephos and Ebony. Ebony was punished and banished, no longer being considered a part of their family due to her cowardice. 17 days later, Elgas appeared in the Blue Reaper hideout, looking slightly different than before. Ashera welcomed him, but immediately sensed his bloodlust. For a Dragonkin to evolve, they needed to kill, and it looked like they were the next targets. The twins fought against him and were killed, then Ashera fought and lost. She died full of resentment, for her life and for the sister that escaped.Sexuality
