Boss A vampire crime lord who runs the Amber District. He has placed the manager of Southside Capital Importers under mind control and uses the ports of the city to traffic drugs out of the city. He also kidnaps children and send them to his wife, the witch at her castle. He used to be Baron Jace Darfona - a minor lord at court until his ship disappeared on a journey and he was presumed dead. His widow locked herself away in their home to mourn until she killed herself. Now no one enters the castle but people can hear her still crying in the middle of the night on a full moon.Zaaba the Cruel
Second in command A werewolf, who is the leader of a small pack, who are the Shadowed Ones enforcers, called the Moonstalkers. The Moonstalkers are his 2 brothers, Lorcor and Rerik, and Zaaba's 3 sons, and his niece and nephew.Cerissa
Head Silvered Rose Necromancer She is the leader of the Silvered Rose. With the help of her necromancy and the aid of her sisters, she bestows powerful magic on jewels passed onto The Puppet Master to be placed in toys sold in the city.The Puppet Master
Distributor Figgy Bellschwick, known better as her alias, works closely with a group of necromancers called the Silvered Rose. They curse some of the toys she sells to children, who then are put into a hypnotic state and the children leave their homes in the night to go to the old burned warehouse, where they are hidden and smuggled out of the city.Art Vandalay
Manager This is the regional manager of Southside Capital Importers. He uses his position in the company to skim profits off the top of normal trades, and moves illegal goods through the city. He is actually a mind flayer working for The Shadowed One, but hides as a dwarf man. There is a secret chute under his desk leading to his lair, in the sewers below the city.
