The Silvered Rose

This gang of necromancers and their minions who enchant the toys sold by the Puppet Master. They are led by a powerful trio of sisters who are powerful warlocks devoted to vile liches, imprisoned away during the God Seal. Cerissa is the oldest and most powerful. Nydora is second eldest, and Zella is the baby of the family. A human named Trent is their chief of security and runs most of the business they are too busy to bother themselves with and keeps their minions in line. Many of the minions are zombies, ghouls, or undead controlled by the sisters. Their operation works by capturing drunk people, urchins, and nobodies and taking them to their lair, where the sisters use their evil magic to pull their soul out, and confine it into a jewel. These jewels are then taken to Figgy Bellschwick, and used to collect the souls of children, because they are more savory to the liches, vampires, and werewolves.

Cerissa

The oldest of the sisters, Cerissa is a cold and calculating elf. She wears a black dress, with a white lace collar, held by a vibrant green brooch. Long thin wisps of a cloak swirl around her as she walks. Her face is tight and cold. Her spiderlike fingers are covered with rings. She arrived in the city several decades back and worked as a healer at The Dawn Temple for several years, however she was disillusioned by the harsh realities of war and suffering. She surrendered to the darkness calling to her with a promise of unlimited power. Her patron is ancient female lich, named Azura. She has a pale skeletal face, gaunt and colorless. Her head is wreathed in a gold crown adorned with black rosebuds, a thin smoke-like black veil blends into her long black dress. She has granted Cerissa very dark and powerful gifts, including the ability to raise the dead as servants of her and her powerful matron. Cerissa is cold, calculating, and nefarious. She plans to work her and her sisters into becoming liches of their own eventually.

Nydora

Cerissa's younger sister grew up in her shadow, constantly hearing from her parents about how much more holy and devout her older sister was. This grew her to hatred, and from that she found within her something dark and sinister. She grew up learning to run and hide in the shadows of the forest, which made her parents angry. But she found peace and quiet in the woods, she even offered her own prayers, occasionally. But she never felt her heart behind the words she learned to mouth along with, as their clan gathered for morning prayers. However, she was terrified of what would happen to her if she said she didn't believe them. So she went along for years. She moved to the city with their youngest sister, Zella when Cerissa got them all jobs working as healers at the Dawn Temple. And was reluctant, at first, to follow Cerissa in a plunge into madness, she had been fighting for her whole life. But recently, this dark power which had mystified her for years, suddenly terrified her and she wanted to get out of her eternal pact.

Zella

The youngest of the family, Zella was the best healer of the family, and a very devout servant to Aére and followed the Light. Until a young sailor she was in love with died in the war, leaving her stricken with grief and despair. At her most vulnerable point, she met an ominous figure, who appealed to her and promised she could bring her love back. All he required from her was her complete devotion and willingness. Though he has never revealed his name, he calls himself the Silver Skull because of his silvered face, covering his true identity. He told her part of his own pact was surrendering his beauty for power, and in so he became even more 'beautiful' as he was now immortal. He has told Zella he has always been with her, since she was a small girl, and has so gained her trust, and made her fall in love with him, feeding him even more power.

Trent Synister

He is the head of security and business. The minions are controlled by his Rosary of the Undead. He wears long crimson robes trimmed in gold with a long bird beak and mask. He is an expert in sword fighting. He grew up in the streets of the Amber District, before he started sneaking around their lair, until he was caught. But he proved himself willing to learn and do the dirty work for these powerful necromancers. He sends minions out to capture new sources for Soul Siphoning, as well as run the enchanted gems over to Figgy's. All of the minions are undead, zombies, or gouls resurrected by the sisters. They are made of the discarded after their souls are taken. Their names are listed in the Scroll of the Dead.
