As far as the leadership and citizens of Heraka is concerned, the country of Andelifa and the continent it on is one and the same. Its borders stretch from its capital Heraka at the shores of the Middsea in the north to the origins of the mighty Thnile at the Mountains of the Moon in the south. There are smaller cities and agriculture villages all alone Thnile. People often say that it is Thnile that gave life to the people of Andelifa.   One of the biggest sights in every Andelifan city is the statue of the first Sultan. Who in a heroic act defeated the almighty Water Djinn, and gave the people the gift of water, life and living.   And as such he got crowned the Sultan and a statue of this great mage is proudly displayed in every city you visit in and around Andelifa.   Because the first Sultan was a mage and one who highly valued education and intelligence, one of his first orders and life mission was to give everyone a chance at learning. Building public schools and liberties in every settlement.   Paying taxes in Andelifa is a sign of wealth and status, it is not mandatory but brings great boons for those that can afford it.     The main capital: Heraka Heraka is the main capital of all of Andelifa. This magical mountain landscape can make hard workers were rich.   Wamran: A secretive place were few now about it, and even fever knows were it is.         TRIVIA:   Well know historical/stories: Two brothers bound by the devil: once there was a Sultan, who gave birth to two beautiful twin brothers. Growing up the brothers walked hand in hand. Once reaching adulthood, the oldest twin was to inherit the throne, as was tradition since he was the first born. The younger at his side.     Not long passed after the eldest brother took to the throne before a mysterious hooded stranger stepped into the palace, enchanting the young Sultan with stories and fortune telling. The Sultan took them in as his closest advisor, replacing the younger brother. Times passed as time do, and the hooded figures' fortune telling bore fruit, and the capital Silvervaly was blessed with good harvest and peace.   But as more time passed, the king's health degenerated. The sun kissed skin, now bleak and sickly. His Golden eye, always kind and passionate, now seeming more gray and tired. The younger brother tries to consult the Sultan, but in vain. The Sultan dismisses him without a glance.   The next years are not kind. The harvest bad, the people goes hungry, and the Sultan is nowhere to be seen. Again the younger brother goes to the Sultan, begging him to listen. But all the Sultan listens to is the whispers of his advisor.   The younger brother sees that the cloak adviser has enchanting his older brother with magic, killing him slowly and making the people go hungry. The younger brother can't stand it, and tries to free his brother from this devil. 3 times he tries and each time failing.   Getting desperate. with a civil war brewing outside the gate, an old beggar approached the younger brother. He took pity on the old beggar and gave them some coin. Foolish of him, for what he did not know was that the beggar was a demon in disguise. The beggar tells the younger brother that they can help and reveals to him that they are in fact a powerful magic creature. In desperation and hoping to save his brother and Sultan, the younger sibling signs a contract with this seeming fairy-like creature. With the help of the beggars magic he is able to kill the Sultan advisor, but to his horror this also kills his elder brother the Sultan. In that moment, with his dying brother in his arms, the beggar reveals itself and its previously beautiful wings transform into demotic batlike limbs and stabs the younger brother, making him bleed, intended to take them both down to hell. The older brother summons his last remaining mana and cast stones on the devil, turning the devil into a statue with his last dying breath. They say that the oldest halls of SilverValie are still guarded by a stone devil, staring down at onlookers in shocked awe..

Infrastructure

Thanks to and because of the massive river that runs the lenght of the sultanate, Andelifa is heavily based on and around water transportation. Almost all goods in Andelifa make their way by boat along the river at least once in its journey and most major cities have at least some form of canals to imporve their connection to the river.   Communication in Andelifa is normally conducted using magic letters and sending spells which, thanks to the Andelifans great knowledge of magic and enchantment, are relatively inexpensive compared to much of the outside world.
