The Justiciars
The Justiciars are an order of religious warriors that seek out and purge fiendish corruption, dark cults, and other unholy stains that plague the realm.
The Order operates under a loose supervision of The Church of Pelor. They are considered above the law in most matters and act independently from local authorities. Many claim that the Justiciars are merely religious zealots who snuff out anyone who opposes them, and in some cases, they'd be right. However, many Justiciars are true servants of the The Celestial Court, and as such, they only seek to protect the realm from unholy terrors that seek to prey on it.
