Satyr {Erethes}
Satyr's are a race of half-man half-goat that live in the moment and live in festivity, They primarily guard the forests of Olympus, Preventing trespassers from interrupting their celebrations.
Satyr's are known for their lively attitudes and immense skill with polearms and double-bladed weapons. They are often bipedal, Having the lower half of a goat, pointy goatees, Elf-like ears and large horns atop their heads. Some have the face of beautiful people, Human-like faces that look completely normal to most people. However, Some Satyr's are born with more monstrous appearances, With gnarled teeth, larger horns, Glowing eyes and extra fur. These Satyr's are just like the others on the inside, But due to their appearance they choose to become the warriors of the forest, As an attempt to use their appearance for good.
Satyr's were created when the Lord of Nessus, Beelzebub, Wanted to create a race in his image for once, Creating Satyr's. But when some of the other gods caught wind of this, They decided it would be better to use them for other purposes. Hircine took some to act as an elite guard of sorts in his personal realm. While Hera thought they would be a good reason to keep people from messing with certain areas of primal nature, Even helping a very special Satyr turn into a deity, Who would come to be known as Pan in later years.
However, Beelzebub still has some of his children. Goatal or Gaizid in infernal, Are a special breed of Satyr, All of which looking like the monsterous versions of normal satyr's, But much more fiendish for obvious reasons. There aren't too many, But if you walk around Nessus for long enough, You'll see plenty. Often equipped with double-bladed glaives, Gaizid are notorious for being aggressive and ruthless fighters, Making them a great choice for Beelzebub's personal servants 90% of the time.

Geographic Origin and Distribution
Satyr's are one of the few races that can really only be found in one place in Erethes, Olympus. While they can be found in the cities or grassland at times, They are usually only in the forests of the region.
Average Intelligence
Despite their jovial attitude, Satyr's are in fact, One of the smarter races in Erethes, At least when it comes to war tactics.

Due to Satyr's being almost an Olympian exclusive, Their names are all names from the region, Feel free to use a Greek Name Generator, But I will list some examples either way.
Masculine: Chremon, Lysippos, Peiros, Adrastus, Theodotus, Etc.
Feminine: Nysa, Arete, Rhoda, Eurystheus, Ariadne, Etc.
Satyr's in The Hunting Grounds will often share these naming conventions as well, While the fiendish Goatal will usually have names in infernal.
