Session 11 Report

General Summary

After making their way through the woods to the Manor the party walked through the entrance, Azaya told them that she would fight the Vampire Lord, while the party searched for his coffin. After searching around the house you found a secret passageway hidden underneath a statue. Buns heard voices further down the passage, but was unable to make out specifics. When you arrived at the bottom you found a room with a man standing facing the door. He told you he represented some powerful people who had a vested interest in the survival of this Vampire, and asked you to turn around and tell Azaya that you were unable to find the coffiin, you refused.
During the battle some of you noticed a difficulty casting magic, with something interfering with your spells. After killing the man the feeling disappeared. The necromancer who had escaped you earlier gave up, telling you where the coffin was in exchange for allowing him to live. When the rest of the party went to check its location, Buns proceeded to cover the defenceless man in oil and burn him alive. Azaya arrives on scene in time to hear his screams of agony and see Buns standing over his burnt corpse. Azaya proceeded towards to coffin, pulling out a stake and pronouncing Ortus' justice.
