Kasthu Turgio

Kasthu is a Dragon Born who is currently running the City of Ansbridge branch of Turgio Arts and Antiquities Organization. His direct connection to the Turgio family isn't known, but it is typically only the close members to the head of the family that are placed in positions of power. He does not have the most savory of reputations, he can be cruel to those he feels are lesser than him, but he maintains a good working relationship with many of the important families within Ansbridge.
