The Painted Peacock

The Painted Peacock is a large costume and prop supplier located in the Entertainment District. They sell costume kits "so good your own mother won't recognize you" as well as supplies to make prop documents "real enough they could fool any audience." They have contracts with several of the local theaters, some of which have addresses and some prefer to remain anonymous. They also have books that will teach slight of hand for card tricks and other close-up magic. When asked, they will insist that all of their business is aimed at providing entertainment. If someone chooses to misuse their products or skills for nefarious purposes that is hardly the shop's fault.
