Niell
A town 10 hours South of Favar and 15 hours to border into Genx.
Town was built in the shelter and shade of a grove of Acacia trees. The houses are rounded stone. Area gets sandstorms infrequently. A sliver of river runs along the edge of this small town.
People are quiet and reserved. They keep to themselves, except for Lucinda (nickname: Lucie Goose) - an aarakocra Druid - travelled with Wilbur when younger; follower of Ioun - retired in Niell
