The Knight Woods
The Knight Woods (also known as The Night Woods OR The Hunger Woods) in the Feywild Expanse of Kutloc. Touching the border to the Material Plane.
The Knight Woods is a dark place - it is beautiful and in parts deadly. The woods is haunted by dead knights and the Boneless.
The Knight Woods has three mainsections:-
1) Within the North-East part of the knight Woods stands a Church. In the Feywild Expanse, it is a Winter night setting - most of the trees are dark and bare - the few trees with dark green leaves hold snow - it is silent and peaceful - snowfall on the ground (no footprints) - two full moons.
2) In the Feywild Expanse, there is is an even darker, denser section of trees within the woods. In the centre the plants and grass are darker shades. The tall trees block most of the light from creeping in. There is a stillness. The shrine (The Dread Shrine of Nightmares) is unable to be seen from above - although from sky, the dark grey stone archway can be spotted. This stone arch is covered in a yellow climbing rose.
Birds watch from up high. Insects buzz in the air. Hoof prints of a large elk lead off to the right.
3) There is a smallish sized cave entrance up in the Feywild Expanse, which has a entrance up on a slight mountain. Birds and small creatures gather there out of the rain and storms. Often is surrounded by snow. It is a dry place with rocks to shelter behind. There is passageways (containing creatures such as Cloakers, Flumphs and the Boneless) that leads down to an area where there is Hot pools and a large cooler cave that is full of treasures - these belong to Oliveretta and their pet Hell Hounds.
