In 742AG, the Conibar Tribe settles in Kutloc near the Bolgree Mountains. They named the City Con Tar.
Historical Timeline of the City
The Conibar Tribe were some of the original inhabitants of The City (currently known as Labés City ) on Kutloc.
The City was invaded multiple times, and current residence enslaved or murdered.
The Deities were blocked from entering by enhanced magic.
The Land grew upset by the bloodshed and violence - as generations past people forgot how they came to be in the City, yet the Land remmebered.
Hence the saying "The Land remembers".

Construction beginning/end
It took 15 months for the construction of the Flight Towers where Dragons could land.
This allowed people and produce to travel by Dragon, mainly to and from The City in Kutloc all the way to Jingré City in Jingré Region of Malnax.Location

The Capture of a Living Star
Celestial / Cosmic
Enjils Aura Sitaare in 1169AG fell on the 21st day of Rew.
On that day, one of the Living Stars and it's companion from Celestia landed on Esau, in Kutloc, just North of The City. The curious Star and and the Angel went to look at The City (then known as Eiellu).
The Star was captured, and the Angel vanished.
The Angel took 258 years to return, bringing with him new friends to break the hold on the city and free the Living Star.

On the 18th day of Bae (5th month) in 1249AG, a set of Dragons attacked the Flight Towers, making them unuseable.
The Platinum Dragon was unable to in The City, however many of his followers helped free the stabled Dragons.

Conibar Tribe escape
Population Migration / Travel
In 1298AG, members of the enslaved Conibar Tribe finally were able to escape from The City.
They were meet along the way by an elderly man, who later revealed himself to be Klodis. They were traveled the long, perilous journey through parts of the Feywild Expanse to find the The Grounded Belt - which the Old Man Land had spoken of.

Diplomatic action
The City was reclaimed again - to be renamed Labés after the newly crowned Moon Elvian princess.
Seeking to find the cause of The Land being distressed and the encroaching Feywild Expanse, Naivara Labéscient lead her people to The City - a mix of Moon Elves and Half-Elves.
The Princess ruled with harsh justice, iron fist and belief in the betterment of all who reside within the walls. Using protective magic the Moon Elves made the city "safe" from the Feywild Expanse.

Wolfengast Barricks
Military action
In 11390AG, Wolfengast was built as barricks and a long defendable wall, to be first defense for The City (then known as Labés) against the ever-encroaching Feywild Expanse.
In 1411AG, the Goliaths truend Wolfengast into a training and military base, to protect The City ( renamed Labés City ) from the Feywild Expanse which was still expanding.

The Gamblers' Run Formed
Criminal Activity
In 1390AG, a group known as The Gamblers' Run was formed.
These people were made up from members of families who took advantage of the third and then caused the fourth invasion of The City.
They had for ten years in a row been tasks to travel through Kutloc and place a flying creature craved of rowan wood into the well within The City. They grew disheartened by the lost and dismemberment of family members.
They turned it into a 'game' where they were not taking part, and could bet on which 'token' would win. The rules changed over time.
