In the city of Caelester, times are not what they were. A terrible earthquake struck 7 years ago, tearing the city asunder. Most of the upper class, including the Duke and his family, died in the disaster, leaving the city ruled by a despotic Steward and his mercenaries. Reconstruction has been slow, and public unrest is on the rise. Meanwhile, outlaws have found safe harbour in the outskirt's of Caelester's territory, and neighbouring powers have begun expanding into these lands as well.
