Nostra

Sister city to Esra, Nostra is also a neutral territory but do to its location northeast of its sister it shares in little of the troubles. As Nostra is off the usual war path of The Mystra Theocracy and The Mori Empire it is rarely involved in the skirmishes fought between the two nations, and since The Northern Clans usually raid down the western river and The Quatarn Nomads come from the south Nostra is rarely raided. Due to this relative peace Nostra has grown to be a vast center of trade and because of this success they maintain a strong guard force that bolster sturdy defenses to deter the occasional raid.
