Elias
Elias is a Greater God of the Court of Life, who rules over the domain of Magic. Elias weaved the the Ley Lines of magic across the universe and taught the ways of magic to the races of the world.

Personal history
Elias was one of the earliest gods that Truth created. He was given the special task of weaving the ley-lines of magic that flowed around the universe so that they may empower the worlds they run through. This meant that he had a close relationship with Truth, who was the origin of the magic that flowed through the ley-lines.
He also found himself bonding strongly with Lord Death, seeing him as an older brother figure and would even be inspired by his appearance when creating his own.
Since Truths death and the gods department, the ley lines have become much weaker and have drifted from their places that Elias had weaved them into.
