The Raven Eyes

The Raven Eyes are the leaders of Tóliah, a group of elders who have experienced many migrations and are in touch with their spirituality. They decide where the tribe will move next, or if they live in Aloah-Tow, decide how the town will develop.

Structure

The Raven Eyes is made up of a dozen elders, spread across the country in both the nomadic groups and the capital. One of the elders is voted for as the great raven, the leader of the group and the nation as a whole.
