Andy is a arrogant, callous, and sociopathic individual that enjoys locking common folk in his dungeons and thinking of new and creative ways to cause pain. He is very good at presenting himself as a highly upstanding citizen of the city while during the night peeling people's skin off in the dungeons that dissapoint him. He is heavily involved in the underground dealings of the city and that makes him a useful ally to those nobles who need something or someone taken care of without the city knowing about it.
