Materials

Chandlers need wax (beeswax) and candle wicks as the base materials for all products. The wax must be in pallets, blocks, or sheets, depending on the chosen candle production method. For rolled candles, the chandler needs small wooden nails, and for casted candles or wax lanterns, heat-safe containers optionally with a lid are needed.

Workplace

A chandler's workshop is divided into two sections: storage and crafting area.
The storage area contains wax storage in the form of fabric-lined boxes for wax pellets, shelves for wax blocks and sheets, and baskets and crates for candle wicks. The crafting area contains a workbench, a fireplace for wax melting, and several cooling racks. Additionally, there is a section where ongoing and finished projects are stored until they are either collected or shipped to the customer.
