Rurigamian II
Rurigamian II, born Ruris of Accland in 10 Fall of Kings, 395 CE was a Halfling who was the most recent Archrector of the Church of Down. He is notable most for his death, which was said to be of Divine Occurrence. One day after a petal fell from the sacred and venerated Blue Rose, Archrector Rurigamian fell ill to a crippling fever. It was said that in his delusions he was visited by the Rose Pantheon. The instructions he left, written in the throes of delirium, are what is now known as The Final Test. He died in 500 CE, shortly after completing The Final Test.
