Vicar

There are two types of Vicars in the Church of Down - Landed and Titular. Landed Vicars are administrators of regionally-based Vicariates throughout Evandel, and minister to the peoples of that region, as well as serving as the spiritual leader for the faithful in that region. Titular Vicars are Vicars of obsolete and/or ceremonial Vicariates, and also serve as Rectors for the various departments and divisions of the Church of Down. Both Titular and Landed Vicars vote for the Archrector at Conclaves. 
Archrector Aligroil XI has appointed five new Landed Vicars since the beginning of his tenure. Otis Smylout has been named Vicar for the Vicariate of Holden. Benson Hallow has been named Vicar for the Vicariate of Tripass, replacing Vicar Aris of Fraya, who was moved to the Vicariate of Lakeland & Warr. Stark Grollson has been named Vicar of Southern Carvale. Feldon of Nera has been named Vicar for the Vicariate of Con's Coast, replacing Vicar Hiram Graff, who was moved to the Vicariate of Basley Forvale. Marius Merton has been named Vicar of Shallick West, replacing Storrin Sternbeard, who was moved to the newly named Vicariate of New Elk, formerly Shallick East.
