The Silver Family
The Silver Family, headed by Favia Silver, directly assisted the empire in their invasion of Reledus. Through political sabotage and espionage, they diverted large amounts of troops off the shores as the empire landed, offered their spies free reign of towns and eventually, opened the gates from the inside just prior to the siege of Andrala.
For their deeds, The Sivlers were granted nobility by the crown and Favia was assigned as Duchess of the Meseline Archduchy. This practically fulfilled her life-long dream, and she has become devoutly loyal toward the empire because of this.
Nobody would say, in fear of hanging from heresy, but Favia is rumored to have her finger in many-a-pie. Including those with less than legal roots. She not only rules the people of Meseline, but also the fools who dare oppose.
Structure
The Sivlers are a high ranking noble family, and it is always an honour to meet one but in truth, Favia is the only one with power and influence beyond the family name.
