Woe Steel

Formed in the arcane explosion that shattered Domunas during the Calamity, woe steel is an especially valuable metal only found in the Shattered Teeth. Weapons forged with woe steel deal more damage than those of traditional steel, but they are more vulnerable to the effects of loud noises and thunder-based magic. While it is nonmagical, woe steel is considered sacred to the Ossended Host, which safeguards it jealously.
Woe steel weapons are nonmagical and grant a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls. When they take thunder damage, they have a 30% chance to shatter.
