A level/level cluster in Morrigan Tower. In past, succumbed to a combination of outbreak and nanotech malfunction. Quarantined permanently.
The general population thinks residents were euthanized. Actually, they were simply cut off and left to die (The Murder feared damage to the rest of the tower).
The Carrior are descendants of those who survived.
