When the people of Angrboða and Rán decided to abandon their Megastructures, they created a mobile, submersible Arkology. They've roamed the oceans ever since, hiding their existence.
The have their own, subaquatic Agriplex facilities and, when necessary, take what they need from rafters and smaller Arkipelagos.
