Star Calendar
The clergy from the Mountain Star religion are expert observers and have traditionally been responsible for the naming and recording of the Star Calendar. A document with great significance to religious and scientific scholars in the region. This is done through star observation and mathematical calculations and is a highly respected science.
The observations are usually conducted at the Observatory Stations outside Cekexiang Plateau and Ngarrii Gar. Where the different observations can be triangulated for accuracy. The study of the heavens is considered both scientific and philosophical as it is more than just an observation but is almost reverence of the art of observation within the Mountain Star ethos.
This document is issued every 5 years in the name of the Duci Leese, with an associated analysis and predictions associated with the calendar. Interim reports can be issued if there is new substantial discoveries or events that occur between these issue times.
