The Citadel

The Citadel is the keep within Falkirk Keep. It is the final bastion of safety should all of the keep's other defences should fail. Like the rest of Falkirk it is built with defense in mind first, and aesthetics and comfort second. It is a daunting place to consider attacking, even should the outter, middle, and inner wards fall. The tallest tower of the Citdel provides a steller view of the rest of the keep and also the valley below.
