Dalr

Dalr, a kingdom of stark contrasts, is nestled between an ocean to the east and the Lumina Sea to the west, with the frigid snow-covered expanse to the north. This vast tundra, known as the Frostlands, is as hauntingly beautiful as it is inhospitable, yet it's home to a variety of hardy wildlife and a handful of robust Dalrian settlements.
The kingdom stretches from the ocean in both the east and west, its shores touched by the icy waves of the northern seas, with bustling ports nestled along these coastlines. To the south, the kingdom's borders are defined by a strategic choke point at Starfall Citadel, positioned at the edge of the neighboring kingdom of Avaria.
The vast expanses of the Frostlands give way to a more temperate climate in the heart of Dalr, where the dark and mysterious Blackthorn Forest and the resource-rich Iron Range provide the kingdom with its unique character. Between the towering mountains and the dense forest, verdant grasslands stretch out, offering fertile fields for agriculture, while the coastal areas provide abundant opportunities for fishing and seafaring trade.
The Iron Range mountains, located centrally in Dalr, are a prominent feature of the kingdom, both geographically and economically. Rich with iron and coal, the mountain range fuels Dalr's robust industry and militaristic might. Further to the southwest, the formidable Blackthorn Forest lies like a dark shroud, a place of whispered myths and lurking dangers.
Despite the challenges its geography might present, the citizens of Dalr have harnessed the kingdom's resources, thriving amidst the harsh environment, reflecting their resiliency in their strong and complex society.
