Arcan

Arcan are a group of high ranking Ice Devils that reside inside the Inner Rings of Tantlin and the Upper Wards of the Outer Rings. They are a group of mages and artificers specialized in applying their magic to practical usage with respect to trade and improving the day-to-day lives of Inner Ring devils, led by Zophas. Arcan have little care for the Lower Wards or its trade market. They are focused entirely on control of the Inner Rings. Under the leadership of Zophas, they have grown to dominate the area. After the portals were closed, Arcan dedicated itself to reopening the portals without alerting the authorities of Asmodeus. They have struggled often, primarily through fights against The Venators and The Unwilling. They consider themselves benefactors, just not for the the "lesser beings" of Tantlin.
