Blackstaff Vajra Safahr

Vajra Safahr is a female tethyrian human and the current Blackstaff of Waterdeep. The youngest ever person to hold the title of Blackstaff, she took the office in 1479 DR when her lover and previous Blackstaff, Samark Dhanzscul, was murdered. Although not the most powerful wizard in Waterdeep, she is still highly accomplished, but still consults the spirits of the previous Blackstaffs before making critical decisions. Although Vajra is the leader of the reformed Moonstars, she still occasionally works with the Harpers to keep an eye on goings on in her city.
